Returns
Eligibility for Return
You may return most new and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories
- Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that show signs of wear or use
- Items with stains or damage consistent with:
- Food or drink spills
- Grease or oil
- Grass stains from natural football pitches
- Black rubber markings from artificial turf/pitches
- Personalised or custom-made items (see “Non-Returnable Personalised Items Clause” below)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions
Non-Returnable Personalised Items Clause
All products that have been personalised, customised, printed, embroidered, heat-applied, or otherwise made specifically to customer requirements are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except where the item is proven to be faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied by GDM Sports Equipment Ltd.
Personalisation includes (but is not limited to):
- Player number – any garment or item printed or customised with a squad number
- Club badge – embroidered, printed, or heat-applied crests
- Initials – any item personalised with player or coach initials
- Sponsor logo – printed or applied sponsor branding
- Player name – including names, nicknames, or identifiers
- Pictures or images – printed photographs, artwork, or bespoke designs
- Team, school, organisation, or business branding
- Any other custom text, logo, design, or artwork requested by the customer
Once production of any personalised element has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned, as the item has been made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all spelling, names, numbers, sizing, colours, and artwork details are correct at the time of ordering. GDM Sports Equipment Ltd accepts no responsibility for errors submitted by the customer.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights under UK law in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or faulty item supplied).
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible non-personalised items (e.g. different size or colour).
To request an exchange, please contact us and our team will assist you.
Please note: personalised items are not eligible for exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the item and packaging
Depending on the issue, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
