  1. Returns
    Eligibility for Return
    You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return:
    Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
    Items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories included.
    You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation).
    Items Not Eligible for Return
    We cannot accept returns for:
    Items that show signs of wear or use
    Items with stains or markings consistent with:
    Food or drink spills
    Grease or oil
    Grass stains from natural football pitches
    Black rubber markings from artificial turf/pitches
    Customized or personalized gear
    Clearance or final sale items
    Gift cards
    Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions
  2. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).
